Awards Gala

Purpose: The Gala Committee is comprised of multiple sub-committees (Photography, Decorating, AV, Nomination, etc.) who are assigned various tasks that help in putting together our annual awards ceremony. We are looking for dedicated members that are good about following through with tasks given.

Education

Purpose: Purpose: schedule, manage facilitate current chapter education programs and vet speakers.
Meetings: 1st Thursday of the month, 9am Zoom

Legacy

Chairs: Tina Hemmeter, DCAL, Vicki Niggemeyer, Advanced DCAL
Purpose: The Events Committee prepares, organizes, and does the behind the scenes work for our monthly luncheons so we have interesting and educational topics and speakers. Record chapter history, conduct interviews and transcribe key chapter member stories.

Luncheon Program

Purpose: The Events Committee prepares, organizes, and does the behind the scenes work for our monthly luncheons so we have interesting and educational topics and speakers. The Events Committee has sub-committees 2 sub committees.   Currently on a Virtual platform.

LV Golf

Chair: Jamie Harper, DCAL, CMCA, AMS, PCAM
Purpose: Assist with event set-up and theme development, sponsor selling.

Magazine

Chair: Sharon Bolinger CMCA, AMS, LSM, PCAM
Vice Chair: Brittany Montoya
Purpose: Committed to providing a publication that is relevant and timely with an eye towards trends affecting the HOA industry.  Members help secure articles and edit among other duties.
Meetings: 1st Wednesday of the month 8:30am, Location: Level Community Management

Membership

Purpose: Assist in recruiting and maintaining members of the CAI organization.  Help show members how they can benefit most with their membership.
Meetings: 2nd Tuesday of the month, 9:30am Location: Sun Coast Hotel 

Networking

Chair: Matt Quispe
Purpose: Plan & organize quarterly chapter social events. Members are expected to attend events designed to bring membership together as well as assist in a venue search.
Meetings: 1st Tuesday 10:30am Zoom

Northern Nevada Education & Events

Chair: Amy Meline, CMCA, AMS, PCAM, Shaari Rutter, CMCA, AMS, PCAM
Purpose: One committee in Reno plans out the education and quarterly event locations. Members are expected to register and assist with event check in.
Meetings: Follow the quarterly breakfast at The Atlantis.

Trade Shows

Chair: Ashlee Hott
Purpose: Committee assist with event set-up, selling sponsorships  and theme development for Night at the Museum (NATM) and CA Day.

Young Professionals

Chair: Tyler Wood
Purpose: Networking group for our members under 40. Quarterly meetings on Zoom with occasional coffee shop meetings and zoom tutorials on a variety of topics.
