Charity Bowling, November 2022

Beatles Fans game together to compete in the chapter’s Las Vegas Charity Bowling at The Orleans. 18 teams of bowlers competed and donated new bikes and gift cards for Help of Southern Nevada. The donations will be delivered to Chet Buchanan, KLUC, high atop his scaffold in early December.

Aviators Game, October 2022

The CAI Networking Committee planned a fabulous evening on the Aviators Party Deck. The night was cool, the food was good and the game was fun! CA Day 2022 “School Daze," September 2022

Our CAI Nevada Chapter was host to 74 business partners and over 140 attendees for our annual CA Day Trade Show at The Sun Coast. The “School Daze” themed event began with Garrett Gordon, Esq., our LAC Lobbyist, who spoke on the upcoming midterm elections and Adam Clarkson, Esq.,CCAL, who advised the attendees on the upcoming LAC agenda. The main education was a new 3 hour CE seminar “Identifying Inadequate Reserve Funding (and what to do about it) with speakers Chuck Balacy, NVEBP, Rob Forney, RS, and Gary Lein, CPA, NVEBP. Thank you to Jason Wyatt, Ombudsman, Nevada State Real Estate Division for attending. We appreciate and thank our Trade Show Committee, sponsors and attendees for such a successful event.

Northern Nevada Tradeshow, August 2022

Our northern Nevada members gathered recently for the annual CAI Northern Nevada Trade Show and Education. Over 80 attendees visited with 37 business partners after attending “Identifying Inadequate Funding (and what to do about it),” a brand new 3 hour CE seminar presented by Chuck Balacy, NVEBP, Rob Forney, RS and Gary Lein, CPA, NVEBP.

Town Hall, August 2022

CAI Nevada recently relaunched the Town Hall Series. This meeting allowed our attendees to voice concerns to the Nevada Reserve Study Task Force regarding the economy and other issues such as assessments related to non functional turf and the effects on their communities. Northern Nevada Golf, July 2022

Our Northern Nevada members recently spent the day at the beautiful Toiyabe Golf Resort. The shortened tournament was a perfect day for everyone to enjoy the wildlife, the course and friendly competition. The theme “We Are All Plaid” brought out many “interpretations!
